This policy defines the ownership, use, and protection of intellectual property created, used, or shared within High Arts Institute for Training. It aims to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to protect the rights of the institute, trainers, learners, and partners.

This policy applies to all educational content, training materials, assessments, digital resources, platforms, and any other intellectual works developed or used by the institute, whether in physical or digital form.
3. Ownership of Intellectual Property
- All training materials, course content, curricula, presentations, videos, assessments, and digital resources developed by or for High Arts Institute for Training are the intellectual property of the institute, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- Intellectual property created by trainers during the course of their engagement with the institute is considered the property of the institute, unless contractually agreed otherwise.
- Third party materials used under license remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to the terms of those licenses.
4. Use of Training Materials
- Learners are granted a limited, non transferable right to access and use training materials solely for personal learning purposes.
- Learners may not copy, distribute, modify, record, publish, or commercially exploit any training materials without prior written permission from the institute.
- Recording of training sessions, whether online or face to face, is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
5. Trademarks and Branding
All trademarks, logos, names, and branding elements associated with High Arts Institute for Training are protected and may not be used without prior written approval.
6. Protection of Intellectual Property
The institute reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in cases of unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of its intellectual property, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
7. Compliance with Saudi Regulations
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the intellectual property laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
